Welcome to The Bridge, an organization committed to assisting men to create breakthroughs in their life. To that end, we have created a website that offers insights and opportunities for masculine growth and awareness. The purpose of the website is to provide you with information about future events, and lots of cool stuff to read and contribute a comment.
This site also features the blog of Jay Cradeur . The blog covers many topics including spirituality, mysticism, visions, initiation, light and dark energies, truth, beliefs, and all things unseen. Jay presents a unique voice among the mainstream.

The Bridge is an event for men. It is a 4-day Initiation Ritual for men that takes place in Northern California. The gathering starts on Wednesday evening and concludes Sunday evening. Our next Bridge event is scheduled for July 21 – 25, 2010. Be sure to check out all the cool additions to our site below.
Photo Album: We recently completed a Bridge event in June. It was held at a beautiful retreat center in Sebastopol, CA. Please take some time to view these sometimes startling and often very beautiful photographs. We present these to all in an effort to convey the power and magic and camaraderie of this special men’s event. All photos were taken by Daven Joy. Thank you Daven for so gorgeously capturing the spirit of The Bridge.

The event is facilitated by Don Palmer and Jay Cradeur. The Bridge takes place away from all the reminders and demands of our society. You won’t be getting beeped, faxed, called, fed-ex’d nor asked to pick up the kids after work. Imagine walking toward a circle of light, drums beating, digeridoo calling, and your brothers await the triumphant display of your own very unique power. This gives you a sense of the ritual and mystery surrounding The Bridge.

The Grail – A Hero’s Quest to the Self asks nothing less than the courage to meet your true self, however he chooses to reveal himself. It is not ‘therapy’ or fixing what’s ‘wrong’, but rather a powerful exploration into the truth of each man’s experience of himself and his full capacity. In the company of men, each on his own unique and courageous journey to authentic Being, we dare life to reveal more than we have ever allowed for ourselves before and to drink deeply from our own Grail of life-source. It is to embrace oneself as God-man and be humbled in that revelation.

The Book: What’s Your Game?
Jay is currently writing a book about truth realization. What is it? How do you recognize it? What does it feel like? What’s the point? It is scheduled to be complete by June 1, 2010. The book will be autobiographical in nature, with stories and experiences of a lifetime.
