Levels of Participation:

There are three ways one may participate in The Bridge. This page provides a summary of each level, so that men can choose the level of participation that feels right.


Assistant: The role of assistant is a role of service. Men who undertake the role of assistant must absolutely check their egos at the door. Assistants get to participate in most aspects of The Bridge, with the exception of the burial ritual. Assistants also get to participate in pre-event conference calls, Wednesday set up, planning, logistics, clean up, and the Monday morning completion meeting (always a blast). Assistants and facilitators work closely together to provide all participants with the ultimate masculine experience.

Price: $395

Participant – Full: To commit to being a full participant is to commit to the full Bridge experience, starting on Wednesday evening with the sweat lodge, undertaking the burial ritual on Friday night, walking the labyrinth on Saturday, and completing and integrating on Sunday.

Price: $995

Participant – Partial: Some men may choose to participate in The Bridge, but don’t feel quite ready to undertake the burial ritual. For those men, we have created this category. As a partial participant, you will participate in all the Bridge activities, with the exception of the burial ritual. During the burial ritual, you will serve with the assistant’s team, supporting the men who are in the ground. This is a very rich experience for all who undertake this role of service. This is a great way to gently confront any fears one may have regarding the burial ritual.

Scholarships: The Bridge does make partial scholarships available for those in need. The most anyone would ever receive is 50%, as we feel one must be financially committed to a certain degree. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, you would need to submit a deposit of $150 and complete a scholarship application. Note that the $150 would be returned if your application is declined. We will ask you to complete our on line application, in order to support you in gaining clarity about your intention for the event. You may access the on line application by clicking here.  Once we have received your payment and application, we will forward you our welcome pack, which includes a list of things to prepare, and more logistical detail.
